Regarding the "Taoyuan City 109th Year Special Education Knowledge Enhancement Seminar for School Staff and Parents," please encourage teachers, parents, special education assistants, and childcare providers in your jurisdiction to actively register and participate. Please be informed.

Explanation:

I.	Based on the official document No. 1090017475, dated March 13, 109.

II.	Seminar Time: October 28, 109 (Wednesday), 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM.

III.	Seminar Location: Audiovisual Classroom, 4th Floor, Zhongfu Elementary School.

IV.	Seminar Topic: Counseling Strategies for Students with Emotional and Behavioral Disorders.

V.	Seminar Lecturer: Teacher Jiang Xiao-hua.

VI.	Seminar Participants: School staff, parents, special education assistants, and childcare providers in the city's elementary and junior high schools. Approximately 50 people are expected.

Registration Method: Please register by October 26th through the National Special Education Information Network (http://special.moe.gov.tw/index.php) by navigating to "Seminar Registration" -> "County/City Special Education Seminars." Log in with your county/city (Taoyuan City) -> School Level (Elementary School) -> School Year (109th Academic Year, First Semester) -> Keyword (Registration Unit: Zhongfu Elementary School).

Participants who attend the entire seminar will receive 3 hours of seminar credit. Teachers in this city may be granted official leave (business trip) without affecting their teaching duties and without receiving substitute teacher fees.

IX.	Matters to Note: To support environmental protection, please bring your own reusable cup. Parking spaces at our school are limited, so please carpool or use public transportation whenever possible. Please wear a mask and have your temperature taken.

VI.	Seminar Participants: Teachers (including kindergarten) from elementary and junior high schools in the city, interested parents, and teacher assistants. A total of 50 people.
