Regarding the application for scholarships for gifted students in senior high schools and below for the 109th academic year, please refer to the attached information.

| Description: |
| I. | In accordance with the "Taoyuan City Senior High School and Below School Gifted Student Scholarship and Subsidy Regulations". |
| II. | The application information for the aforementioned scholarship and subsidy is as follows: |
| (1) | Eligibility: Gifted students enrolled in public senior high schools, junior high schools, and elementary schools in this city, who have been identified as gifted by the Taoyuan City Special Education Student Identification and School Placement Counseling Committee (hereinafter referred to as gifted students). |
| (2) | Application Conditions: Gifted students who, in the previous academic year (108 academic year: August 1, 108 to July 31, 109), participated in international or national competitions or exhibitions organized by government agencies (organizations) or government-approved academic research institutions, achieved individual top five rankings or equivalent awards (group rankings are not considered), and have obtained proof. |
| (3) | Scholarship and Subsidy Standards: Gifted students who meet the above conditions will receive NT$10,000 for first place, NT$9,000 for second place, NT$8,000 for third place, NT$7,000 for fourth place, and NT$6,000 for fifth place. Each person can receive this scholarship and subsidy only once per academic year. |
| III. | According to Article 6 of the aforementioned regulations: "Gifted students who have already received subsidies, scholarships, or awards of the same nature provided by government agencies in accordance with other regulations may not apply for scholarships and subsidies under these regulations." Please comply with the regulations. |
| IV. | Attached are the application forms for the aforementioned gifted student scholarship and subsidy, and the "Taoyuan City Senior High School and Below School Gifted Student Scholarship and Subsidy Regulations", each in one copy. You can also download them from the bureau's website - Convenient Services - Public File Download (https://www.tycg.gov.tw/edu/home.jsp?id=30&parentpath=0,26,28). |
If you are eligible and wish to apply, please submit all required documents to the Counseling Office before the 18th.
