The school is recruiting 1 security guard (holders of a disability certificate are preferred). Interested parties should submit their applications from now until 4:00 PM on November 17, 2020 (Application hours: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM daily).

A summary of important application matters is as follows. For detailed information and the application form, please refer to the attached brochure.

I. Application qualifications are as follows:
(1) Citizens of the Republic of China with no dual nationality and who do not have any circumstances stipulated in Article 7 of the "Provisional Personnel Employment and Management Guidelines for Government Agencies and Schools in Taoyuan City" (employment may be revoked if discovered after hiring). In addition, according to Article 9 of the same guidelines, agency heads shall not employ their spouses or relatives within the third degree of kinship or affinity in their own agency or its subordinate agencies. Relatives within the third degree of kinship or affinity of the heads of each level of management within this agency should avoid being employed in their supervisory units. Those who fall under the above circumstances are requested to refrain from applying.
(2) Clear and fluent expression in Mandarin and Taiwanese Hokkien.
(3) Education: Junior high school graduate or above.
(4) Experience: No experience required, but experience as a security guard is preferred.
(5) Upright character, enthusiastic about service, no criminal record or bad habits (such as smoking, drug use, alcoholism, betel nut chewing, gambling, etc.), and able to adjust to school duty hours.
(6) Ability to write security duty logs and fill out forms, and possess response capabilities.
(7) Holders of a disability certificate (must be within its validity period) are preferred.
(8) According to Article 77 of the "Regulations on Retirement, Severance, and Pension for Public School Faculty and Staff," retired faculty and staff who are approved to receive a monthly pension (either solely or concurrently) and are re-employed in positions funded by government budgets (such as salaries, benefits, or stipends) in government agencies (institutions), schools, or organizations, and whose total monthly remuneration exceeds the statutory minimum wage for the current year, will have their monthly pension suspended. To avoid the suspension of monthly pension and impact on personal rights due to exceeding the statutory minimum wage for the current year due to work needs and overtime, please refrain from applying.


II. Salary:
Hourly wage system, based on the statutory minimum wage for the current year (NT$158 per hour in 2020). Monthly regular salary is approximately NT$27,808. (Self-funded contributions for labor insurance, health insurance, and labor pension are required).


III. Application Deadline:
From now until 4:00 PM on November 17, 2020. (Application hours: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM daily).


IV. Application Method:
The application brochure and form are attached. Please download them yourself or pick up a hard copy from the school's security office (please use A4 paper, write "Consistent with the original" in the blank space, and affix your personal seal. Applications will not be returned or acknowledged). After filling out the form, please submit it in person along with the following documents and certificates to the Administrative Section of the General Affairs Office at the school (No. 2, Juguang St., Taoyuan Dist., Taoyuan City). Submitting application materials through an agent is not permitted.
(1) Application form (please attach a recent 2-inch half-body photo taken within the last 3 months).
(2) Photocopy of both sides of your National Identification Card.
(3) Photocopy of your highest educational qualification certificate.
(4) Disability certificate (must be within its validity period) (exempt if not applicable).
(5) Resume/Autobiography [as attached] (including personal education and work experience, family situation, skills, personality and interests, nature of previous positions held, and self-expectations for this role, etc.).
(6) Affidavit.
(7) Military service information (for males only, exempt if not applicable).
(8) Other relevant materials that may be beneficial for the selection process (e.g., proof of work experience, relevant professional licenses, etc.).

V. Selection Method and Date:
Applicants whose qualifications and experience meet the school's requirements after the initial review will be notified by phone between 4:00 PM and 5:00 PM on November 17, 2020, to attend the second round of interviews at 2:00 PM on November 18, 2020. [Second round interviewees must arrive on time. Those who are 10 minutes or more late will be considered to have forfeited their right to the interview.] (Interview components: Oral interview 40%, on-site traffic control 30%). Please bring your National ID card (or a valid driver's license, health insurance card, or passport) and original highest educational qualification certificate for verification during the interview. These will be returned after verification.
