Please be informed that our university's civil servant colleagues who are interested in serving as invigilators for the 109th Special Examination for Local Government Civil Servants in the Taoyuan examination area are requested to obtain consent from their direct supervisor and submit an application form to the Personnel Office by November 24th.

Details:
1. The 3rd grade examination of this examination will be held from December 19th to December 21st, 109; the 4th grade examination will be held from December 19th to December 20th, 109; the 5th grade examination will be held on December 19th, 109. The examination venues will be the Chi-Ying School Foundation Taoyuan Chi-Ying Senior High School (for the 3rd and 4th grades) and our city's Yongfeng Senior High School (for the 4th and 5th grades).

2. When filling out the form at the Personnel Office, you must also select the examination area and grade level you wish to participate in (please choose one examination area and grade level).

3. After being selected and appointed by the Taoyuan City Government, invigilators must fully participate in the briefing session on invigilation matters and examination work organized by the Taoyuan City Government. Relevant information is as follows:
(1) Briefing session on invigilation matters: December 11th (Friday), 109, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, to be held in the B2 Grand Auditorium of the Taoyuan City Government. Official leave will be granted during the training period.
(2) Examination work (full participation according to the examination schedule)
1. 3rd grade examination: December 19th to December 21st, 109 (a total of 3 days).
2. 4th grade examination: December 19th to December 20th, 109 (a total of 2 days).
3. 5th grade examination: December 19th, 109 (a total of 1 day).

4. Personnel recommended by various agencies and schools must still be reviewed by the Taoyuan City Government in accordance with the "Key Points for the Selection and Appointment of Invigilators." Those who meet the selection criteria will be notified of their appointment in writing. If the number of available positions is insufficient, priority will be given to those with an invigilator identification card for national examinations or those with prior experience as invigilators in national examinations.

5. Personnel appointed to participate in examination work will be granted official leave during their invigilation period and will be paid an invigilation fee on a daily basis. No make-up leave will be granted. Additionally, only limited parking spaces are available at each examination venue, so invigilators are encouraged to use public transportation.

6. In response to the COVID-19 epidemic prevention measures, recommended personnel who are appointed to participate in examination work must wear masks themselves during their service as invigilators. If you have traveled to a region requiring home quarantine after entry as announced by the Central Epidemic Command Center within the past 14 days, or if you have symptoms such as fever or respiratory symptoms (coughing, sore throat, sneezing), please do not go to the examination venue. Please notify the responsible unit of the Taoyuan City Government's Department of Personnel (Section Chief Chiang Chu-hui, Planning Section, Tel: 03-3322101 ext. 7314) so that subsequent arrangements can be made.

7. The Taoyuan City Government previously issued a letter (Ref: 府人企字第1090247905號) on September 29th, 109, to survey the training needs for invigilator work. However, due to epidemic prevention considerations and to avoid the risk of cluster infections, the invigilator work training for this year has been temporarily postponed by the Examination Yuan.
