I.This recruitment is conducted in accordance with the "Key Points for the Employment and Utilization of Temporary Personnel in Executive Yuan and its Affiliated Agencies and Schools" and the "Key Points for the Employment and Management of Temporary Personnel in Taoyuan City Government and its Affiliated Agencies and Schools."

II.Recruitment Quota: One regular position for a security guard is available, with several reserve positions to be selected based on need.

III. Eligibility Requirements:

( 1) Citizens of the Republic of China without dual nationality and who do not have any of the circumstances stipulated in Article 7 of the Key Points for the Employment and Management of Temporary Personnel in Taoyuan City Government and its Affiliated Agencies and Schools (employment may be revoked if discovered after employment). In addition, in accordance with Article 9 of the aforementioned key points, agency heads are prohibited from employing their spouses and relatives within the third degree of kinship in their own agency or affiliated agencies as temporary personnel. Spouses and relatives within the third degree of kinship of agency heads at all levels in this agency should avoid employment within their supervisory units. Those who fall under the above circumstances are requested to refrain from applying.

( 2) Clear and fluent expression in Mandarin and Taiwanese.

( 3) Education: Junior high school graduate or above.

( 4) Experience: No experience required; experience as a security guard is a plus.

( 5) Upright character, service-oriented, no criminal record or bad habits (such as smoking, drug use, alcoholism, betel nut chewing, gambling, etc.), and able to adjust to school duty hours.

( 6) Ability to write security duty logs and fill out forms, and possess response capabilities.

( 7)Holders of a disability certificate (valid period required) are preferred..

( 8)According to Article 77 of the "Public School Teachers and Staff Retirement, Severance, and Pension Act," retired teachers and staff who are approved to receive monthly retirement pensions, whether full or partial, and are re-employed in positions funded by government budgets (such as salaries, benefits, or stipends) in agencies, schools, or organizations, and whose total monthly remuneration exceeds the statutory minimum wage for the current year, will have their monthly pension payments suspended. To avoid suspension of pension payments due to overtime work that causes total remuneration to exceed the statutory minimum wage for the current year, thus affecting the individual's rights and interests,please refrain from applying.

IV. Job Responsibilities:

( 1) Access control management, regulating entry and exit of people and vehicles according to regulations, and handling registration and card issuance.
2) Campus security patrols, and maintenance of safety for teachers and students on campus.
3) Mail reception, delivery, and answering phone calls.
4) Monitoring and operating security systems, and handling abnormal situations.
5) Handling other emergent incidents and temporary tasks assigned by various departments.

V.Employment Period:Phase 1Employment for 1 month from the actual start date.,subject to extension based on needs and performance.

Phase 2 employment until December 31, 110. VI. Working Hours: 3 security guards will rotate shifts, with 8 working hours per day (overtime may be required based on school needs).

VII. Salary: Hourly wage system, based on the statutory minimum wage for the current year (NT$158 per hour in 109). X.Selection Method and Date :

XI. Announcement of Results

( 2) Successful candidates must report to the General Affairs Office with relevant documents and a health examination report from a contracted hospital (including a chest X-ray) and a "Criminal Record Certificate" issued by the police department within one week of the announcement. Failure to report by the deadline will be considered a waiver, and reserve candidates will be appointed (the reserve period is three months from the day after the announcement of the results).

( 3) If no candidates meet the school's requirements, the school may choose not to fill the position.
XII. Supplementary Provisions:

( 1) Upon reporting, a contract will be signed in accordance with regulations. All parties must adhere to the contract terms without objection.

( 2) Security guards are not subject to the "Act Governing the Appointment of Civil Servants," "Salary Act," "Performance Evaluation Act," "Retirement Act," "Pensions Act," "Insurance Act," "Regulations on Severance Pay for Contracted Employees," "Death Gratuity Act," etc. Upon obtaining civil servant appointment qualifications, their years of service under this contract will not be counted for salary grade increments, nor will they be counted towards retirement years..

( 3).Employment is prohibited for individuals with any of the following circumstances; if employed, they will be dismissed immediately upon discovery.

(1)Sentenced to imprisonment of one year or more, with a final and binding guilty verdict.

(2)Convicted of sexual offenses as defined in Article 2, Paragraph 1 of the "Act for the Prevention of Sexual Violence," with a final and binding guilty verdict.

(3)Confirmed to have committed sexual assault through investigation by the school's Gender Equality Education Committee (GEEC) or other legally established committees.

(4)Confirmed to have committed sexual harassment or sexual bullying through investigation by the school's GEEC or other legally established committees, and termination of contract and permanent prohibition from working in education is deemed necessary.

(15)Suffers from a legally notifiable infectious disease.

(16)Has bad habits such as drug use, alcoholism, or gambling.
