| Description: |
| I. | In accordance with the official letter of the Taipei City Government Department of Education dated December 9, 109 (2020), Ref: Bei Shi Jiao Te Zi Di 1093114053. |
| II. | The application conditions for the aforementioned placement channel (both of the following qualifications must be met simultaneously): |
| (1) | Graduates of junior high school in the current year or previous years (including before the 108 academic year). |
| 1. | Graduates of junior high schools in Taipei City in the 109 academic year. |
| 2. | Graduates of junior high schools in Taipei City from the 108 academic year (or earlier) who have completed their studies or courses and are currently not enrolled in senior high school. |
| 3. | Graduates of junior high schools outside of Taipei City or with equivalent academic qualifications, who are registered residents of Taipei City and have proof of residence. (The proof of 'residence' must include an original household registration transcript for any month from July to December of the 109th year, or a copy of the new household registration (detailed entries), along with proof of water or electricity bills for the place of residence.) |
| (2) | Students with various types of disabilities who have been registered on the Ministry of Education's Special Education Information Network before December 31, 109 (2020), and have obtained a certificate from the Special Education Student Identification and Counseling Committee (hereinafter referred to as the "Identification and Counseling Committee"). |
| III. | The important timeline for the aforementioned placement channel is as follows: |
| (1) | Please log in to the Ministry of Education's Special Education Information Network (https://www.set.edu.tw/) with "School Academic Affairs" privileges between December 10, 109 (Thursday) and January 8, 109 (Friday) to complete the online application data entry. |
| (2) | Please submit the application materials to the North District Special Education Resource Center of Taipei Municipal Taipei School for Special Education between 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM on January 13, 109 (Wednesday) for registration (details can be found on page 3 of the aforementioned brochure). |
| IV. | The electronic version of the aforementioned brochure is available on the website of the Taipei City Government Department of Education (https://www.doe.gov.taipei/) and the website of the Taipei North District Special Education Resource Center (http://nse.tpmr.tp.edu.tw). |
