January 16, 2021 (Saturday) is the voting day for the recall case of Wang Hao-yu, a councilor of the 2nd Taoyuan City Council, 7th electoral district. February 6, 2021 (Saturday) is the voting day for the recall case of Huang Chieh, a councilor of the 3rd Kaohsiung City Council, 9th electoral district. To facilitate employees of all levels of government agencies, schools, organizations, and businesses within the electoral districts to go and vote, these days will be treated as holidays.

110年1月16日(星期六)為桃園市議會第2屆第7選舉區議員王浩宇罷免案之投票日、110年2月6日(星期六)為高雄市議會第3屆第9選舉區議員黃捷罷免案之投票日，為便利選舉區內各級機關、學校、團體、事業機構員工前往投票，是日均以放假處理。
說明：
一、依行政院107年8月2日院授人培揆字第10700479351號函暨中央選舉委員會109年12月22日中選人字第1093750332號函辦理。（如附件）
二、選舉區外之機關、學校、團體、事業機構員工依規定不放假，但戶籍設在選舉區並具投票權者，得比照選舉區內員工投票日放假之規定辦理。至適用勞動基準法之勞工，其放假及工資給付等事項，仍請依主管機關勞動部之規定辦理。
