We are sending you the "Coffee Tasting - Happy Garden Featured Course" teacher training organized by our school for the 109th academic year, 1st semester of the senior high school vocational education resource homogenization program. Please assist your school in disseminating the training information and encourage teachers to participate actively.

Instructions:

1.	According to our school's implementation of the Ministry of Education's 109th academic year senior high school adaptive learning community education resource homogenization implementation plan: 109-1 Strengthening Teaching Resources Platform, Thickening Adaptive Teaching Energy Project.

The "Coffee Tasting - Happy Garden" cross-school featured course invites teachers from junior high schools and senior high vocational schools to participate together. The course content includes an introduction to coffee tasting equipment, the flavor characteristics of coffee beans from different countries, and roasting principles and techniques, as well as a professional roasting course. We have invited lecturers from universities, industry experts, and our school's culinary department teachers to co-teach.

3.	Training time: January 21, 2021 (Thursday) to January 22, 2021 (Friday)

4.	Training location: Kuang Chi High School

6.	Attached is the implementation plan for the "Coffee Tasting - Happy Garden" featured course. Participants who complete the entire course will receive a 16-hour training certificate.
