Announcement: 2021 School Security Guard Recruitment Brochure (2nd Announcement)

I.In accordance with the "Regulations Governing the Employment and Utilization of Temporary Personnel in Executive Yuan and its Affiliated Agencies and Schools" and the "Regulations Governing the Employment and Management of Temporary Personnel in Taoyuan City Government and its Affiliated Agencies and Schools."

II.Number of positions: This recruitment is for one (1) full-time security guard, with additional candidates selected as reserves as needed.

III. Eligibility requirements are as follows:

( 1) Citizens of the Republic of China with no dual nationality and who do not fall under the circumstances stipulated in Article 7 of the "Regulations Governing the Employment and Management of Temporary Personnel in Taoyuan City Government and its Affiliated Agencies and Schools" (employment may be revoked if discovered after hiring). Furthermore, according to Article 9 of the same regulations, heads of agencies are prohibited from employing their spouses and relatives within the third degree of kinship in their own agency or its affiliated agencies. Spouses and relatives within the third degree of kinship of supervisors at any level within the agency must recuse themselves from employment within their supervisory unit. Those falling under the aforementioned circumstances are requested to refrain from applying.

( 2) Clear and fluent expression in Mandarin and Taiwanese Hokkien.

( 3) Education: Junior high school graduate or above.

( 4) Experience: No experience required; experience in security work is preferred.

( 5) Upright character, enthusiastic about service, with no criminal record or bad habits (such as smoking, drug use, alcoholism, betel nut chewing, gambling, etc.), and able to adjust to school duty hours.

( 6) Ability to write security duty logs and fill out forms, with good communication skills.

IV. Job responsibilities:

( 1) Access control management, regulating entry and exit of people and vehicles at the main gate according to regulations, and processing registration and badge issuance.
2) Campus security patrols, and maintenance of safety for teachers and students within the campus.
3) Mail reception, delivery, and answering phone calls.
4) Monitoring and operating security systems, and handling abnormal situations.
5) Handling other emergent incidents and temporary tasks assigned by various departments.

VI. Working hours: Three security guards will rotate shifts, with 8 working hours per day (overtime may be required based on school needs).

X.Selection method and date :

XI. Announcement of results

( 2) Successful candidates must report to the General Affairs Office with relevant documents and a health examination report from a contracted hospital (including chest X-ray results) and a "Criminal Record Certificate" issued by the police department within one week of the announcement. Failure to report by the deadline will be considered a waiver, and the position will be filled by a reserve candidate (the reserve period is three months from the day after the announcement of results).

( 3) If no candidates meet the school's requirements, the school may choose not to fill the position.
XII. Supplementary provisions:

(3) Confirmed to have committed sexual assault through investigation by the school's Gender Equality Education Committee (hereinafter referred to as the "Gender Equality Committee") or other legally established relevant committees.
