2nd semester of the 109th academic year AUO Foundation [Honest and Smart Scholarship]

Subject: Regarding the application for the 109th academic year, 2nd semester AUO Sustainability Foundation [Honest and Smart Scholarship]. Please complete the scholarship application registration online by March 31, 110. Please acknowledge receipt.
Instructions:  
I. In accordance with the letter from the Yuan Zhe Science Education Foundation dated February 25, 110, Ref: 110 Yuan (Enterprise) No. 29.
II. This program subsidizes 110 elementary school students in the city at NT$3,000 per semester, and 65 junior high school students at NT$4,000 per semester. The scholarship will be directly remitted by the foundation to the approved school's treasury in June 110.
III. To fulfill the donor's intention of supporting disadvantaged students in the city, please evaluate and recommend carefully. The list of awardees will be determined based on the total number of recommendations from each school, the students' financial situation, and their academic performance (recommendation does not guarantee an award). The list of awardees will be announced in late April 110.
IV. Application qualifications are detailed in Article 2 of the Implementation Regulations.
V. Application Notes:
(1) Please consolidate the application documents of students who have passed the preliminary review and submit them online by school unit by March 31, 110.
(2) Recommended quota per school:
1. Elementary schools are limited to recommending 1 student (elementary students who have previously received this scholarship can reapply without limit).
2. Junior high schools can recommend 1 to 2 students (each student can only participate in the Dada Science Camp once):
(1) Limited to recommending students with a high interest in natural sciences who are willing to participate in the entire Optoelectronic Science Day Camp organized by this scholarship (Saturday, May 22, 110). Failure to participate will be considered a waiver of eligibility.
(2) The foundation does not accept repeated participation in this camp. Students who have received this scholarship and participated in the 'Dada Magic Science Camp' organized by this scholarship should not reapply.
(3) Documents to be submitted by students:
1. Proof of financial hardship, refer to Article 2, item (2), applicant category 1 of the Implementation Regulations (if no written proof is available, the homeroom teacher must briefly describe the actual situation in the 'Family Financial Hardship' section of the application form).
2. Application form and parent consent form (Form 1), refer to Article 2, item (2), applicant category description.
3. Academic transcript, refer to Article 2, item (2), applicant category 3 of the Implementation Regulations (no separate proof of character performance is required).
(4) To verify the accuracy of the account, the system requires uploading a copy of the school's passbook. If the treasury is a farmers' association without a passbook, please provide alternative proof, or type the account information in a Word document and have it stamped by the cashier's office.
(5) Please complete the scholarship application registration online by March 31.

(6) This program is applied for online, and no paper documents are required. The online scholarship application also serves as the registration process (you will receive a registration confirmation email).
