1. This course series begins by exploring your personality blind spots, taking responsibility for your life experiences, not being a victim, and reclaiming your power to create the happy life you truly desire.

2. Course content includes: 1. Self-Awareness - Deeply understanding yourself; 2. Family of Origin - Shaping and developing your personality; 3. Trauma - Cherishing your inner child; 4. Self-Worth - From low self-esteem to self-respect; 5. Emotions - Regulating emotions for a better life; 6. Stress - Relieving stress to stay healthy; 7. Communication - Expression, listening, and empathy; 8. Love - From romance to reality; 9. Marriage - Easy to love, hard to live together; 10. Parent-Child Relationships - Becoming a parent your child loves; 11. Being your true self, learning to love yourself; 12. What are the life gifts hidden behind adversity?

3. Instructor Yang Yi-ching (Yang Shu-han) Introduction: 1. Has received training in Gestalt therapy, family therapy, parent effectiveness training, and dance-drama therapy. 2. Founded the Mind-Body-Spirit Peach Blossom Spring Growth Center, the Association of Taiwan Light Up for Social Concern, and the Ah-han Life Biography Theater. 3. Has led growth groups in various corporations, schools, family support centers, and single-parent centers for over twenty years.

4. Course Schedule: April 13, 110 (ROC calendar) to July 1, 110 (ROC calendar), every Tuesday and Thursday from 7:30 PM to 9:00 PM, for a total of 24 sessions.

5. Course Format: Live broadcast via Zoom online meeting software.

6. Course Fee: Free (a deposit of NT$1000 is required, which will be fully refunded for attending 20 sessions).
