Exemplary International Talent Audio-Visual Interview

: To inform you that the Taiwan International Cultural and Educational Innovation and Exchange Association has produced a "Exemplary International Talent Video Interview" featuring Deputy Minister of Education, Mr. Tsai Ching-hua, discussing "International Education 2.0." The interview video has been released on social media channels. Please watch and refer to it. Thank you for your attention.
Details:  
1. In accordance with the letter from the Taiwan International Cultural and Educational Innovation and Exchange Association dated April 5, 110 (Republic of China calendar), Ref: Tai-Guo-Wen-Jiao-Zi-No. 1100000014.
2. In this era of globalization, countries worldwide are in a state of mutual competition and cross-border mobility. Facing challenges from various nations, the Ministry of Education is actively promoting "International Education 2.0" to enhance the international literacy of Taiwanese youth and cultivate cross-cultural talents with "global mobility."
3. To promote International Education 2.0 and encourage Taiwanese youth to continuously improve their international capabilities, the Taiwan International Cultural and Educational Innovation and Exchange Association has specially produced the aforementioned video interview. It features Deputy Minister Tsai discussing "Youth Global Mobility - International Education 2.0," focusing on the specific approaches and highlights of International Education 2.0, how students and parents can participate, support for disadvantaged students, and advice for students preparing to study abroad.
