| 1. | This credit program features lectures by renowned experts and scholars in the field of education, as well as principals from primary and secondary schools, with the aim of cultivating future outstanding school administrators. The curriculum balances theory and practice, and includes practical simulation exercises to enhance practical experience in serving as principals and directors, thereby improving school management effectiveness. |
| 2. | Upon completion of this credit program, participants will receive 2 points for every 6 credits of specialized training when applying for the Taoyuan City Government's selection process for prospective principals and directors of primary and secondary schools. A maximum of 8 points can be awarded. |
