| I. | This is in accordance with the official letter from National Taiwan Normal University dated March 4, 110 (2021), Ref:師大工教字第1101005160號, and the letter from this Bureau dated March 8, 110 (2021), Ref:桃教高字第1100018981號. |
| II. | To align with the Executive Yuan's promotion of the "2030 Bilingual Nation Policy," and to meet the needs of the new curriculum for foreign language proficiency, diverse literacy, and enriching students' learning portfolio, this competition is planned to enhance teachers' and students' foreign language and international mobility capabilities. |
