110 Academic Year Teaching and Counseling Teacher Re-certification Implementation Plan and Matters Related to Re-certification Application

| Subject: | Regarding the implementation plan and application matters for the renewal of Teaching and Counseling Teacher certificates for the 110th academic year, please be informed. |
| Explanation: |
| I. | In accordance with the Ministry of Education's letter No. 1100042180 dated April 1, 110. |
| II. | To address the expiration of the 10-year Teaching and Counseling Teacher certificates under the Teacher Professional Development Practice Program, which require renewal, the Ministry of Education has commissioned National Taiwan Normal University to manage the aforementioned plan. |
| III. | The renewal対象 for this plan refers to current primary and secondary school teachers and principals who obtained their Teaching and Counseling Teacher certification before the 101st academic year, including those certified by the Taipei City Government. |
| IV. | The matters to note for the renewal of Teaching and Counseling Teacher certificates for the 110th academic year are as follows: |
| (I) | The conditions for renewal can be met by choosing one of two methods (details are in the attached plan): |
| 1. | If invited to serve as a Teaching and Counseling Teacher during the validity period of the certificate and have completed one of two related teaching and counseling tasks, you may participate in a renewal workshop to obtain a new certificate. |
| 2. | If teaching and counseling tasks were not completed during the validity period of the certificate, you may, with school recommendation, participate in a renewal workshop and complete four professional practice tasks. A new certificate will be issued upon successful review. |
| (II) | Teachers wishing to participate in the renewal must be recommended through relevant school meetings. Then, they need to log in to the 'Teacher Professional Development Support Platform' (https://proteacher.moe.edu.tw) to submit their renewal application and upload relevant supporting documents. |
| V. | Please inform your school's Teaching and Counseling Teachers about the renewal matters. The application period for renewal is from April 1, 110, to June 30, 110. |
