The Civil Service Development Institute of the Executive Yuan's Ministry of Personnel (hereinafter referred to as the Institute) will hold the "2021 Civil Service System Reform and Development - New Thinking in Civil Service Human Resource Development" International Academic Conference on May 28, 110 (Friday). Explanation:
1. In accordance with the Institute's letter of May 7, 110, Ren Fa Zong Zi No. 1100300477, and attached is a copy of the original letter (including attachments) for reference.
2. To strengthen academic exchange and cooperation, grasp the pulse of civil service human resource development, and promote the effectiveness of in-service training for civil servants, the Institute is organizing this conference in conjunction with the "2021 Taiwan Association for Public Administration and Public Affairs (TASPAA) Annual Meeting and International Academic Conference." The relevant information is as follows:
(1) Participants: Civil servants from central and local government agencies under the Executive Yuan who are involved in related work or are interested in this topic.
(2) Time: May 28, 110 (Friday), from 8:50 AM to 3:00 PM.
(3) Location: Science Building, Central Police University (No. 56, Shuren Road, Guishan District, this city).
3. Registration Method: From now until May 23, 110 (Sunday), participants should go to the homepage of the Institute's official website (https://www.hrd.gov.tw/), click on "Student/Training Needs and Learning Services/Student (Civil Servant)", log in to the system, click on "Student Personal Zone/Student Personal Registration", find the "'2021 Civil Service System Reform and Development - New Thinking in Civil Service Human Resource Development' International Academic Conference", click on "I want to register", confirm personal information and dietary options (e.g., vegetarian), click on "Save", and complete the online registration. Registration will close when capacity is reached.
4. Participants will be granted official leave for attendance. Those who complete the entire conference will receive 6 hours of lifelong learning credit.
