To inform you about the Ministry of Education's Department of National and Preschool Education (hereinafter referred to as the Department) borrowing teachers for the 110 academic year to handle the supporting promotion of the 12-year basic education curriculum guidelines.

Explanation:
1. In accordance with the "Principles for Borrowing Teachers from Senior Secondary Schools and Kindergartens by the Ministry of Education and its Affiliated Agencies" and the Department's letter No. TAIJIAOGUO SHUGAOZI 1100067002 dated May 28, 110.

2. To handle this matter, the Department plans to borrow outstanding teachers from national schools or public senior secondary schools and below within the city for the 110 academic year to serve in administrative positions at the Department. The job content and qualifications are as follows:
(1) Teacher Qualifications:
1. Full-time teachers within the establishment of public senior secondary schools and below (excluding remote, outlying islands, indigenous areas, and small-scale schools).
2. Must have at least 3 years of teaching experience, possess relevant educational administration knowledge, educational expertise, and practical experience. Priority will be given to those with educational administration experience.
3. Enthusiastic and responsible for educational administrative work.
4. Must be proficient in computer office software and possess the ability to write official documents.
5. Must not have received any criminal disciplinary action or administrative penalties.
(2) Borrowing Period: From August 1, 110, to July 31, 111.
(3) Service Location: Department of National and Preschool Education Central Office (No. 738-4, Zhongzheng Road, Wufeng District, Taichung City).
(4) Duties: Administrative work related to senior secondary school curriculum and teaching.
(5) Other matters shall be handled in accordance with the attached operating principles and relevant regulations.
