Please be informed that all civil servants in our school who are interested in serving as invigilators for the 110th Civil Service Examination in the Taoyuan examination area are requested to obtain consent from their direct supervisor and submit the application form (attached) to the Human Resources Office by June 7th.

Details:
1. The 110th Civil Service Examination (Ordinary Examination) is scheduled to be held from July 9th to July 10th, 110, and the Higher Civil Service Examination (Level 3) is scheduled to be held from July 11th to July 13th, 110. The examination will be held at the Municipal Neili Senior High School and the Municipal Zhongli Commercial Senior High School.

2. When filling out the form, you must select the examination area and examination level you wish to participate in (choose one examination area and one examination level). Those selected by the Taoyuan City Government must participate in all examination activities.

3. Personnel recommended by various agencies and schools must still be reviewed by the Taoyuan City Government in accordance with the "Key Points for the Selection and Appointment of Invigilators." Those who meet the requirements will be notified by separate letter. If the number of available slots is insufficient, priority will be given to those with national examination invigilator identification cards or those with national examination invigilation experience.

4. Personnel appointed to participate in examination activities will be granted official leave during the invigilation period and will be paid a daily invigilation fee. No make-up leave will be granted.

5. Please note that parking spaces at each examination area are limited. Invigilators are encouraged to use public transportation.

6. In response to the COVID-19 epidemic prevention measures, appointed personnel who participate in examination activities must wear masks at all times while serving as invigilators. If you have traveled to a region that requires home quarantine upon entry as announced by the Central Epidemic Command Center within the past 14 days, or if you have symptoms such as fever or respiratory symptoms (coughing, sore throat, sneezing), please do not go to the examination area.
