Informing you about the Executive Yuan's Directorate-General of Personnel Administration (hereinafter referred to as DGPA) letter stating that for the period 2021-2024, the "Caring Loan" - National Civil Servant and Public School Employee Consumer Loan, after public selection, Taiwan Business Bank Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as TB) has been selected to continue undertaking this project. Please refer to it for your reference and use.

Details:
1. In accordance with the DGPA's letter dated June 9, 2021, DGPA-GIVE-NO-000535-2021.
2. Attached are copies of the original letter and one attachment.

3. The "Caring Loan" - National Civil Servant and Public School Employee Consumer Loan (hereinafter referred to as the Loan)
was originally undertaken by TB according to the contract until June 30, 2021. After the DGPA
re-conducted a public selection for financial institutions to undertake the project, TB was once again selected to continue
providing services to civil servants and public school employees. The service period is from July 1, 2021, to June
30, 2024, for a period of 3 years.

4. Eligible applicants: Employees of central and local government agencies, public schools, and public enterprises
(including personnel on child-rearing leave, contract employees who have served continuously for more than 1 year, and
substitute teachers in public high schools (vocational) and below who have served continuously for more than 2 academic years).
