Online Certification Training for Local Language (Hakka) Teaching Support Staff

Subject: Regarding the online certification training for national and junior high school Hakka language teaching support staff in our city for the 109th academic year, please widely disseminate this information and encourage your subordinates to actively register and participate. Please be informed.
Explanation:  
1. In accordance with the Bureau's letter dated December 16, 109 (Tao Jiao Xiao Zi No. 1090115644) and Xinwu Elementary School's letter dated June 9, 110 (Wu Xiao Jiao Zi No. 1100003909).
2. The details of the aforementioned training are as follows:
(1) Training dates: July 5, 110 (Monday) to July 9, 110 (Friday), a total of 5 days (36 hours).
(2) This training will be conducted entirely online. The list of admitted participants after review will be announced on the latest news section of the City Education Bureau's website and the homepage of Xinwu Elementary School on June 30, 110 (Wednesday). Xinwu Elementary School, the organizing school, will separately notify participants of the course link and meeting code for subsequent participation.
(3) Registration qualifications (meeting any one of the following 5 criteria and being over 18 years old):
1. Holders of a Hakka language teaching support staff certificate issued by the Ministry of Education in 91 (or commissioned by the Ministry of Education in our city in 97), who are still willing to pursue further education to obtain the re-certification qualification in our city.
2. Holders of an intermediate or advanced Hakka language proficiency certificate issued by the Hakka Affairs Council.
3. Those who are enrolled in a "Hakka Language Graduate Institute" at a domestic university and hold a graduation or completion certificate from the university (institute).
4. Retired teachers from public or private senior high schools and below (including public kindergartens) in our city who have proof of attending over 72 hours of Hakka language-related training during their tenure in 91.
5. Current teachers in public or private senior high schools and below (including public kindergartens) in our city, who provide their teacher's certificate and proof of attending over 72 hours of beginner to advanced Hakka language training after 91.
3. Review method for registration qualifications: Prepare copies of relevant supporting documents (please add "Consistent with the original" and sign to take responsibility, as detailed in the attached implementation plan). Registration is open from now until June 25, 110 (Friday). Please register by registered mail (the recipient unit on the cover should be the Academic Affairs Office of Xinwu Elementary School, and please indicate "Registration for Hakka Teaching Support Staff Online Certification"). The postmark will be the basis for timeliness; late submissions will not be accepted.
4. Schools are requested to grant leave of absence for teachers with teaching duties or teaching support staff.
5. The training will be conducted via live online streaming. Participants must attend online synchronously. Hours will not be granted for online roll calls missed or online assignments not submitted in a timely manner.
