National Junior High School Local Language (Min Nan) Teaching Support Staff Online Advanced Certification Program

| Subject: | Regarding the advanced certification program for elementary and junior high school local language (Min Nan) teaching support staff in our city for the 109th academic year, please be informed. |
| Explanation: |
| 1. | In accordance with the Bureau's letter No. 10901154421 dated December 17, 109, and letter No. 1100044007 dated May 14, 110, we continue to proceed. |
| 2. | The information regarding the aforementioned activity is summarized as follows (details in the implementation plan): |
| (1) | Workshop dates: July 5, 110 (Monday) to July 9, 110 (Friday). |
| (2) | Participants (meeting any one of the following qualifications is sufficient): |
| 1. | Those who hold a Min Nan teaching support staff certificate issued by the Ministry of Education in 91 (or by the Ministry of Education commissioned by our city in 97) and are still willing to pursue advanced studies to obtain the re-verification and certification qualification of our city. (According to Article 11, Paragraph 5 of the Compulsory Education Act, those who passed the examination and training conducted in accordance with the Ministry of Education's regulations before June 30, 91, have the qualification to serve as teaching support staff as stipulated in Paragraph 1). |
| 2. | Those who hold an intermediate-advanced Min Nan language proficiency certificate issued by the Ministry of Education. |
| 3. | Those who are enrolled in a "Taiwanese Literature Department Graduate Institute" at a domestic university and hold a graduation certificate or completion certificate from the university (institute). |
| 4. | Retired teachers from public and private senior high schools and below (including public kindergartens) in our city who have proof of attending more than 72 hours of Min Nan-related workshops during their tenure in 91. |
| 5. | An intermediate-advanced Taiwanese language proficiency certificate issued by the Taiwanese Language Testing Center of National Cheng Kung University. |
| (3) | Registration method and time: Registration by mail is accepted from now until June 25, 110 (Friday). |
| (4) | Maximum number of participants: 50 people (registration closes once full). |
| (5) | Announcement of qualification review results and meeting room link: The list of qualified participants after qualification review and the Google Meet link for the online professional training course will be announced on the homepage of Dazhu Elementary School on June 30, 110 (Wednesday). |
| (6) | Training method: The workshop will be conducted via live online streaming. Participants must attend online synchronously. Hours will not be granted for missed online check-ins or failure to submit online assignments in a timely manner. Trainees may not object. |
| (7) | Certification method: The certification process will be conducted in two stages. Those who pass both stages will be issued a certificate of qualification by the Bureau. |
| 1. | First stage: Registration qualification review. |
| 2. | Second stage: All personnel who pass the first stage qualification review must attend the 36-hour online professional training course arranged by the government. Those who achieve an average score of 80 or above in the online written examination and online performance will be deemed qualified. |
