II. Purpose: To enhance students' artistic creation literacy, cultivate national art appreciation abilities, and implement school art education.

III. School registration deadline:110year9month1day(Wednesday)to9month13day (Monday)(Please submit within the deadline to protect your rights and interests).

Awards: In addition to awards according to the school's reward and punishment regulations, the "Jian Hexiong Teacher Scholarship" will be awarded:First place, 1 winner, prize money NT$800;Second place, 2 winners, prize money NT$500; Third place, 3 winners, prize money NT$300.※Notes:Students who wish to participate can download and print the prospectus themselves. Please submit your work to the Counseling Office, Data Section by September 13, 110 (Monday) (with the registration form attached to the back and personally signed by the school's supervising teacher), otherwise it will not be accepted.Registration forms can be picked up at the Counseling Office. When submitting your work, please also submit the completed registration form (Form 3) (no need to attach it to the work) to the Counseling Office, Data Section.

Each person is limited to one submission per category, and each work must be created by one person. Each person can participate in a maximum of two categories.  

The art competition for students emphasizes originality and uniqueness. Submitted works should be the individual creation of the student and must not be imitated, plagiarized, added to by others, or clearly use others' ideas. If found to be true, the winner will be disqualified, the award certificate will be revoked, and legal responsibility will be borne. Participants will be banned from competing for 2 years.Works that have won awards in any other exhibition or competition are not eligible to participate. If found to be true, the qualification will be canceled.For ink wash and calligraphy categories, please mount the works before submission.The supervising teacher field on the registration form is a mandatory field and can only be filled with one teacher from the student's school. If there is no supervising teacher at the school, fill in "None".To ensure the safety of the exhibits, works framed with glass or aluminum frames will not be accepted (aluminum frames are prone to loosening, and sharp corners can easily scratch the works).If the work is susceptible to insect damage, please take preventive measures; and strengthen the fixation and protection of the work to avoid damage during transportation affecting the competition results.Works that win the top three places in the city's student art competition will be submitted by the organizer to the National Student Art Competition.2位，獎金500元；第三名，取3位，獎金300元。

※注意事項：

1. 欲參賽同學可自行下載列印簡章，請務必於110年9月13日(一)前將作品交到輔導室資料組(背面黏貼好報名表，並由校內指導老師親自簽名)，逾期不予受理。
2. 報名表可到輔導室領取，繳交作品時請連同填寫好之報名表表三(不需黏貼於作品上)一起交到輔導室資料組。
3. 同一類組每人限送一件作品，且每件作品之創作者為一人，每人至多參加二類。
4. 學生美術比賽首重原創性與獨特性，參賽作品應為學生個人之個人創作，不得臨摹、抄襲、由他人加筆或明確挪用他人創意，如經查證屬實，除喪失得獎資格，追回得獎獎狀，並須自負法律責任，並禁賽2年。
5. 曾經參加其他任何展覽或比賽之得獎作品，不得參賽，如經查證屬實，即取消資格。
6. 水墨類及書法類作品，請於繳件前先托底完成。
7. 報名表之指導老師欄為必填欄位，限填一位就學學校老師，若無校內指導老師，則填「無」。
8. 為確保展品安全，如參賽作品以玻璃裝裱及鋁框裝框者不收（鋁框易鬆脫，邊角銳利易劃傷作品）。
9. 作品若易遭蟲蛀，請先作好防範措施；並加強作品之固定與保護，以免運送過程中作品受損影響比賽成績。
10. 獲本市學生美術比賽前三名之作品，由承辦單位送件參加全國學生美術比賽。
