Regarding the Ministry of Education's COVID-19 (Severe Pneumonia with Novel Coronavirus) relief plan 4.0 - for the application matters of "junior high and high school students with disabilities" who are eligible for the child and family epidemic prevention subsidy, please refer to.

Subject: Regarding the Ministry of Education's response to COVID-19 relief plan 4.0 - Children and Family Epidemic Prevention Subsidy (hereinafter referred to as "this subsidy") for "junior high and high school students with disabilities" and related application matters.
Explanation:  
I. In accordance with the press release from the National Academy for Educational Research of the Ministry of Education dated June 11, 110.
II. The recipients of this subsidy are students enrolled in junior high, high school, and the first three years of vocational high school in the 109 academic year, who have one of the following certifications as students with disabilities:
(1) Students identified as having disabilities by the special education student identification and counseling committee at all levels.
(2) Students who hold a disability certificate in accordance with the provisions of the Rights and Interests Protection Act for Persons with Disabilities.
III. The first phase of this subsidy will be available through two channels: online and physical ATMs. Online registration will open at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, June 15, 110, while physical ATMs will be available for collection starting June 18. Both channels will be open for collection until September 30, 110.
IV. Please notify your school's eligible recipients and strengthen the promotion of this subsidy. Please inform students and parents in detail about the application and collection dates, methods, amounts, and how to inquire about application information. Please refer to the attachment for relevant information.
V. Please ensure that relevant school personnel are familiar with the regulations of this subsidy and assist students and parents with application inquiries. Please also explain the subsidy regulations and information to students and parents in your capacity.
VI. Detailed information on the Ministry of Education's relevant relief regulations and measures is announced on the Ministry of Education's COVID-19 Epidemic Prevention, Relief, and Revitalization Special Zone (https://www.edu.tw/COVID-19/) for public inquiry. You can also call the Ministry of Education's relief hotline at 0809-098001 (toll-free) or 02-7752-3766 for assistance from a dedicated representative.
VII. Attached are copies of the relevant matters concerning the aforementioned subsidy.
