| Subject: | To inform you that the submission deadline for the "1st National Public and Private Elementary School Children's True Feelings Letter Writing Competition" and the "1st National Public and Private High School, Junior High School Youth's Golden Letter Writing Competition" organized by the Taichung City Parents' Association Alliance has been changed to two phases. Please be informed. |

| 1. | In accordance with the letter from the Taichung City Parents' Association Alliance dated June 15, 110 (2021), reference number Zhong Jia Meng Zi Di 1100615003, the letter from the Taichung City Government Education Bureau dated June 18, 110 (2021), reference number Zhong Shi Jiao Zhong Zi Di 1100045279, and this bureau's letter dated May 13, 110 (2021), reference number Tao Jiao Xiao Zi Di 11000420221. |
| 2. | The original deadline for the aforementioned writing competition was July 15, 110 (2021). Due to the severe COVID-19 pandemic, the alliance has added a second submission period until October 15, 110 (2021). Details are as follows: |
| (1) | First phase: Submit final reflections by the original deadline of July 15, 110 (2021). Students can use school writing paper, submit to their homeroom teacher, and the school will submit once before the deadline. Each submission must be handwritten and include the school, class, name, and contact number. After the start of the next semester, students will write the formal submission on official paper, and the school will then submit it to the organizer. |
| (2) | Second phase: Due to the inconvenience of submitting during the pandemic, the submission period has been extended to October 15, 110 (2021). Teachers are encouraged to assign the aforementioned letter writing as summer homework or as a reflection on life education, and the school will assist in submitting the entries to the competition. |
| (3) | The organizer has added the "Unity Award" (for all students in the school, suitable for smaller schools) and a "Luckiest Participation Prize" lucky draw for submissions. |
