1. In accordance with the Ministry of Personnel's letter No. 1105366601 dated July 12, 110, and attached is a copy of the original letter.

2. If civil servants currently need to apply for an extension of the marriage leave validity period during the COVID-19 epidemic prevention period,
it shall be handled in accordance with the "Personnel Issues and Response Measures in Response to COVID-19" revised and promulgated by the Directorate-General of Personnel Administration, Executive Yuan on April 13, 109.
Due to the recent surge in domestic epidemic, in order to actively prevent the spread of the epidemic,
civil servants who are unable to complete their marriage leave within the period stipulated by the Regulations for Leave of Absence for Civil Servants during the COVID-19 epidemic prevention period due to the severe epidemic,
may, with the approval of the agency, complete their leave within 1 year after the end of the epidemic (Note: After consulting the opinions of the Ministry of Health and Welfare, the aforementioned epidemic end is defined as the date when the COVID-19 Central Epidemic Command Center is dissolved).
Furthermore, to protect the leave rights of civil servants, if such personnel are transferred to another agency within the aforementioned period after their agency has agreed to extend the marriage leave validity period,
the original agreed-upon extended marriage leave validity period shall continue to apply without the need for a new application.
