| I. | In accordance with Zhongpu Elementary School's letter No. Pu Fu Zi No. 1100004325 dated July 6, 110, our bureau's letter No. Tao Jiao Te Zi No. 11000397331 dated May 11, 110, is acknowledged. |
| II. | The aforementioned plan was originally scheduled to be held at Zhongpu Elementary School from July 31 to August 4, 110. Due to the impact of the severe special infectious pneumonia epidemic, the activity dates have been revised to be held every Saturday morning from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, starting from October 23 to November 20, 110, for a total of five weeks (may be canceled if necessary depending on the epidemic situation). |
| III. | Due to the adjustment of the activity dates, registration will be reopened. The registration deadline is before 5:00 PM on September 10, 110. Please fax the registration form (as attached) to the Counseling Office of Zhongpu Elementary School (Fax: (03)3021243). Quotas are limited and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. The list of admitted participants will be announced on the Zhongpu Elementary School announcement system on September 17, 110. |
| IV. | Attached are the aforementioned plan (including the registration form) and the adjusted class schedule, each in one copy. |
