| 1. | Based on the 2021 Taoyuan City Hakka Language Proficiency Certification Group Registration Incentive Program. |
| 2. | This program is divided into 7 groups: City Government First-Level Agencies Group, City Government Other Agencies Group, University Group, Elementary School Group, Farmers and Fishermen Associations Group, Village Group, and Civil Organizations Group. Two incentive mechanisms are planned: "Registration and Certification Numbers Competition" and "Pass Rate Competition." For the "Registration and Certification Numbers Competition," the first prize in each group will receive NT$8,000 in gift certificates and a certificate of commendation. For the "Pass Rate Competition," the top three groups that pass with a qualification rate of 60% or more will receive NT$10,000 in gift certificates and a certificate of commendation. |
| 3. | Each unit is limited to registering for 1 group, with a minimum of 15 participants per group. Each person is limited to participating in 1 group, and the examination location is limited to the Taoyuan examination center. |
