| 1. | In accordance with the official letter from the National Academy for Educational Research (NAER), Ministry of Education, dated July 12, 2021, Ref: Tai Jiao Guo Shu Xue Zi Di 1100084905, and the "Filial Piety 'Heart' Culture" implementation plan of the Ministry of Education. |
| 2. | The main points of the aforementioned plan are as follows: |
| (1) | Eligibility: Students currently enrolled in senior high schools and below nationwide, as well as students in non-school based experimental education. |
| (2) | Theme: Centered around "Love Family, Filial Piety, Gratitude." Participants can set their own titles. |
| (3) | Submission Deadline: Wednesday, October 6, 2021. |
| (4) | Judging: NAER, in conjunction with the Taiwan Puli Care Association, will invite experts and scholars to evaluate the submissions based on the plan's criteria. Awards will be given for outstanding, excellent, honorable mention, and selected works in the categories of elementary school students (Groups A & B), junior high school students, and senior high school students. |
| (5) | The award-winning works will be announced on the NAER Filial Piety Education Resource Center website. If the epidemic situation improves, a physical award ceremony may be held, and the date will be announced separately. |
