| I. | In accordance with the Ministry of Education's Department of Elementary and Secondary Education's letter No. 1100092796 dated July 27, 2021. |
| II. | The call for papers information is summarized as follows: |
| (1) | Theme: Experimental Education and Rural Education under the Challenges of the Pandemic. |
| (2) | Submission Method: This conference accepts academic papers and practical reports. A long abstract review system will be used. Papers can be written in Chinese or English. Please complete the online form before the abstract deadline and send the abstract in the specified format to icee@teec.nccu.edu.tw. |
| (3) | Deadline for Abstracts: August 27, 2021 (Friday). |

| (5) | Notification of Abstract Acceptance: By September 17, 2021 (Friday). |
