| II. | The submission period for this announcement has been extended from now until September 30, 2021. The application methods are as follows: |
| (1) | Self-nomination: Candidates can apply in their own name. |
| (2) | Nomination by others: Recommended by government agencies, schools, or government-registered private organizations (institutions). An endorsement letter signed by the nominee must also be submitted. |
| III. | Attached are the "Taoyuan City Hakka Outstanding Contribution Award Guidelines" and the "2021 Taoyuan City Hakka Outstanding Contribution Award Application Notes."
