| I. | This is handled in accordance with the letter from our government dated August 5, 110 (attached). |
| II. | The aforementioned event has been jointly organized by the Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of Education since 2008. The purpose is to promote the use of the "National Legal Database" among junior high school and high school (including the first, second, and third grades of five-year junior colleges) students nationwide, to establish the concept of knowing and abiding by the law, and to encourage junior high school and high school (including five-year junior colleges) teachers nationwide to creatively integrate the resources of the "National Legal Database" into their teaching through this competition. |
| III. | The registration period for the aforementioned competition is from August 20, 110, to October 5, 110.
