To inform all civil servant colleagues of our school, if you are interested in serving as a proctor for the 110th Civil Service Examination in the Taoyuan examination area, please obtain consent from your direct supervisor and submit the form (attached) to the Human Resources Office by August 18th.

Details:
1. The Civil Service Higher Examination (Level 3) is scheduled to be held from October 9th to 11th, 110, and the Civil Service Examination is scheduled from October 16th to 17th, 110. Three schools, namely the Municipal Neili Senior High School, the Municipal Zhongli Commercial High School, and the Municipal Qingxi Junior High School, have been borrowed as examination sites.

2. When filling out the form, you must select your preferred examination site and examination level (choose one site and one examination level). If selected by the Taoyuan City Government, you must participate in all examination affairs. To facilitate the interface and comparison between the Examination Affairs and Administration Bureau and the Centers for Disease Control, Ministry of Health and Welfare (hereinafter referred to as CDC) regarding individuals who are under home quarantine, home isolation, or otherwise restricted from leaving their homes, please provide your national identification number when registering. If you have been vaccinated, please provide the vaccination date as recorded on your COVID-19 vaccination record card.

3. In response to COVID-19 epidemic prevention measures, all examination staff must be vaccinated. Therefore, priority will be given to recruiting individuals with proctoring experience and who have received at least one dose of the vaccine for this examination. If selected and not yet vaccinated with the first dose, the Examination Affairs and Administration Bureau will create a special list for priority vaccination, to be submitted to the Central Epidemic Command Center for approval. Please refer to the attached official document for details.

4. Personnel recommended by various agencies and schools must still be reviewed by the Taoyuan City Government in accordance with the "Selection and Appointment Guidelines for Proctoring Personnel." Those who meet the criteria will be notified of their appointment in a separate letter. Personnel appointed to participate in examination affairs will be granted official leave during their proctoring period and will be paid a daily proctoring fee. No make-up leave will be granted. Additionally, parking spaces at each examination site are limited, so proctors are encouraged to use public transportation.

5. If you are appointed to participate in examination affairs, you must wear a mask at all times and practice personal hygiene management during your service. If you fall under any of the following circumstances, please do not go to the examination site and notify the contact person of the examination site management group (Director Luo Jinrong, Human Resources Office, Taoyuan City Government Local Tax Bureau, Tel: 03-3326181 ext. 2610) so that subsequent matters can be handled:
(1) According to the "Infection Risk Population Tracking and Management Mechanism" announced by the Command Center, you are required to undergo "home isolation," "home quarantine," or "self-health management," and the period has not yet expired.
(2) You have symptoms such as fever or respiratory symptoms (cough, sore throat, sneezing).
