Subject: We are sending you one copy of the "Kejiang Peace Lamp" Lighting and Love Transmission Public Welfare Support Activity Plan for 2021, organized by our museum. We kindly request your assistance in informing your affiliated organizations or groups and encouraging them to actively register and participate. Please acknowledge receipt.
Description:
1. In order to reduce the gap between the rich and the poor and promote science education, this activity is planned to provide economically disadvantaged students with a full scholarship for outdoor educational opportunities (including admission fees, transportation, insurance, meal expenses, etc.).
2. The activity dates are from now until December 17, 2021. The target audience includes government-registered public and private children and youth social welfare organizations and related units across Taiwan (including outlying islands) and their economically disadvantaged junior and elementary school students. We kindly request your assistance in informing your affiliated organizations or groups and encouraging them to actively register and participate. Those interested should submit an official letter and complete the activity plan (including the application form, student visit roster, remittance information form, etc.). Our museum will approve application fees on a first-come, first-served basis, as funding is limited and available until depleted.
3. If applying for this program under the name of a social welfare organization, in addition to submitting an official letter and completing the activity plan attachments (including the application form, student visit roster, remittance information form, etc.), you must also provide copies of the applicant organization's registration certificate and articles of association. Our museum will also randomly select 3 economically disadvantaged students for verification of their hardship certificates to ensure authenticity.
4. For those who have already applied for this program this year and received approval from our museum, but had to cancel due to the pandemic and still wish to visit, please contact the museum's activity organizer via email or phone. There is no need to submit a new application letter. If you have already completed your application and visited as scheduled, please disregard this notice.
