| We kindly request your school to assist in disseminating this announcement. If students with disabilities who have entered sheltered employment after graduation are unable to work due to the severe special infectious pneumonia epidemic, and their parents or family members require personal care, one person may apply for epidemic prevention care leave. Employers shall grant this leave and shall not consider it as absenteeism, force the use of personal leave or other types of leave, deduct full attendance bonuses, dismiss the employee, or impose any adverse actions. The aforementioned family members refer to blood relatives or relatives by marriage within the second degree of kinship, or the head of the household or family members as defined by Article 1123 of the Civil Code. |
