| 1. | In accordance with the 2021 Taoyuan City Hakka Language Proficiency Certification Group Registration Incentive Program. |
| 2. | This program is divided into 7 groups: City Government First-Level Agency Group, City Government Other Agency Group, University Group, Elementary School Group, Farmers and Fishermen's Association Group, Village Group, and Civil Organization Group. Two incentive mechanisms are planned: "Registration and Certification Number Competition" and "Pass Rate Competition." For the "Registration and Certification Number Competition," the first prize in each group will receive NT$8,000 in gift certificates and a certificate of commendation. For the "Pass Rate Competition," the top three groups that meet the qualification pass rate of 60% (inclusive) will receive NT$10,000 in gift certificates and a certificate of commendation. |
| 3. | Each unit is limited to registering for 1 group, with a minimum of 15 participants per group. Each person is limited to participating in 1 group, and the examination location is limited to the Taoyuan examination site. |
