| VII. | Workshop Code: To be announced on the Qingxi Junior High School website the day before the workshop. Admission will open at 12:50 PM on the day of the workshop. Please log in on time to ensure credit hours are issued. |
| VIII. | Registration Method: Please register before August 30, 110 (Monday) on the National Special Education Information Network (http://special.moe.gov.tw/study.php). (County/City: Taoyuan City, All Levels of Schools, School Year: 110 Fall Semester, Registration Unit: Qingxi Junior High School). |
| IX. | Participants who complete the entire workshop will be awarded 3 hours of credit. |
