II. The board meeting is an important school assembly. All faculty and staff are required to attend on time. If you are unable to attend due to unavoidable reasons, please complete the leave application procedures as required.

III. Due to the severe epidemic situation, in accordance with the regulations of the Central Epidemic Command Center, the indoor capacity is limited to 80 people. Therefore, faculty and staff attending the physical meeting are requested to sign in at the sign-in area in the designated seating area according to the seating chart and collect meeting materials (there are still 10 spots available for the physical meeting, and teachers and parent association representatives who come to school on the day are welcome to join).
