Explanation:
1. In response to the continued impact of COVID-19 on the domestic job market, the Ministry of Labor has established this program to encourage graduating youth to actively seek and maintain stable employment.
2. The program details are as follows:
(1) Eligibility: Youth who are ROC nationals, aged 15 to 29, and meet one of the following criteria:
1. Graduated between September 1, 2020, and September 30, 2021 (graduation date is determined by the date on the graduation certificate).
2. Possess relevant documentation from the Ministry of Education or the domestic educational institution attended, certifying them as graduating in the 2020 academic year.
3. Graduated between September 1, 2019, and August 31, 2020, and were conscripted for mandatory military service after graduation according to the Conscription Act, and were honorably discharged on or after June 15, 2021.
(2) Employment Requirements: Youth must be employed in a full-time position with monthly salary, be insured under the Employment Insurance Act, and meet one of the following employment conditions:
1. Employed between June 15, 2021, and September 30, 2021, and continuously employed by the same employer for 90 or 180 days.
2. Employed between January 15, 2020, and June 14, 2021, and continuously employed by the same employer for 90 or 180 days after June 15, 2021.
3. Youth discharged from military service on or before June 30, 2022, employed within 90 days of discharge, and continuously employed by the same employer for 90 or 180 days.
