| 1. | In order to promote local language education, strengthen Hakka inheritance, and cultivate it from a young age, this bureau is organizing the aforementioned competition to encourage students from all junior high schools, elementary schools, and kindergartens (including private institutions) in the city to enhance their Hakka speaking abilities. |
| 2. | This matter was previously forwarded by the Bureau of Education on July 16, 110 (2021), with official letter No. 1100060576, regarding the relevant competition regulations. As schools are about to reopen, we kindly request all schools to widely disseminate this information and encourage their students to actively register. |
| 3. | The competition regulations are as follows: |
| (1) | Competition Dates: Saturday, October 16, 110 (2021), and Sunday, October 17, 110 (2021). |
| (2) | Location: National Central University, College of Education Building (No. 300, Jhongda Rd., Jhongli Dist., Taoyuan City). |
| (3) | Registration Period: From now until Friday, September 10, 110 (2021). |
| (4) | Categories: Divided into Preschool Parent-Child Group, Elementary School Lower, Middle, and Upper Grades, Hakka Scenario Storytelling Pilot Group, and Junior High School Group, totaling 6 groups. |
| (5) | The performance order will be tentatively drawn publicly on Monday, September 20, 110 (2021), at the Taoyuan Hakka Culture Museum. |
| (6) | Awards: |
| 1. | All participants who complete the competition will receive a promotional item. |
| 2. | The top 3 winners will receive NT$6,000, NT$4,000, and NT$2,000 respectively. Excellence awards will receive NT$1,000; Merit awards will receive NT$600 in equivalent gift certificates and a printed certificate; Hakka Storytelling Masters will receive NT$5,000 in equivalent gift certificates and a certificate. |
| 3. | Those who do not win any prizes or rankings will also receive a certificate. |
| 4. | Every participant in the Preschool Parent-Child Group will receive a certificate. |
