| Explanation: |
| I. | In accordance with the minutes of the first preparatory meeting for the Taoyuan City 110th Academic Year Student Music Competition and Teacher and Student Folk Song Competition. |
| II. | To cultivate teachers' and students' interest in learning folk songs and native languages, promote folk song teaching, and implement native language music education, the important matters of the aforementioned competition are summarized as follows: |
| (1) | Competition categories: Hokkien, Hakka, Indigenous, Southeast Asian (including songs sung in Vietnamese, Indonesian, Thai, Burmese, Malaysian, Singaporean, Filipino, and Cambodian that are not in English). |
| (2) | Competition dates: November 12, 13, 14, 110 (Friday, Saturday, Sunday). |
| (3) | Competition venue: Taoyuan Hakka Culture Hall (Address: No. 500, Section 3, Zhongzheng Road, Longtan District, Taoyuan City). |
| (4) | Registration deadline: From now until September 17, 110 (Friday) at 5:00 PM (postmark as the standard; late submissions will not be accepted). |
| (5) | Registration method: All registrations must be done online ( http://163.30.153.4/Index/index.asp ). After printing and stamping the official registration form, mail it via registered express mail to the Counseling Office of Zhongxing Junior High School to complete the registration process (please indicate "Teacher and Student Folk Song Competition Registration" on the envelope). |
| (6) | Drawing for performance order and designated songs: To be held at 2:00 PM on October 6, 110 (Wednesday) at Zhongzhen Elementary School, Pingzhen District, Taoyuan City. |
| (7) | Team leader meeting for group competition: To be held at 1:00 PM on November 3, 110 (Wednesday) in the audio-visual briefing room of the Hakka Culture Hall. |
| III. | The implementation points for the 110th academic year have been revised as follows: |
| (1) | Those who have won the "Special Excellence" award in the same category at the national competition for two consecutive years (106 and 107 academic years) may directly participate in the finals. However, if the selected song has won "Special Excellence" for two consecutive years, a different selected song must be chosen for the competition (Page 3 of the city plan). |
| (2) | The check-in time for participating units in the group competition is from 9:00 AM to 9:30 AM for the morning session, and from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM for the afternoon session (Page 5 of the city plan). |
| IV. | As this matter involves the important rights and interests of students, please ensure that the implementation plan is duly communicated to your students and their parents, and posted in the latest news section of the school website. |
| V. | This matter will be subject to rolling revisions based on the regulations of the Central Epidemic Command Center. Relevant information and epidemic prevention measures will be announced simultaneously on the aforementioned information network or communicated through separate letters. |
