| (4) | Eligibility (Application Requirements): |
| 1. | Common Conditions: |
| (1) | Possess a university degree. |
| (2) | Hold a Minnan language proficiency certificate at the intermediate level or above. |
| 2. | Meet one of the following qualifications: |
| (1) | Completed professional education courses (Class A): Possess a valid secondary school teacher's certificate or have completed pre-service teacher education for secondary schools. |
| (2) | Possess Minnan language specialization (Class B): Have accumulated at least 6 semesters of actual teaching experience in Minnan language at secondary or lower schools within the last 5 years, and currently be a Minnan language teaching support staff member or a substitute teacher who has taught Minnan language. |
| (5) | Order of Admission: Applicants meeting the qualifications for Class B and achieving the minimum admission standard will be admitted first. If there are remaining openings, applicants meeting the qualifications for Class A and achieving the minimum admission standard will then be considered. |
