| 2. | This plan aims to enhance teachers' professional growth in curriculum design, classroom teaching, class management, and the development of teaching portfolios by providing professional support and assistance through teaching support teachers, thereby improving student learning outcomes. Teachers are encouraged to apply actively. |
| 3. | Eligibility for applicants: Teaching Support Teachers must have obtained their qualifications through training, selection, recommendation, and certification procedures as stipulated by the Ministry of Education, and be able to provide planned support to peers in teaching practice and professional development. |
| 4. | Application Method |
| (1) Teaching support teachers shall plan their support work for the 110 academic year, fill out the application form, have it stamped by their affiliated school, and mail the application form to the "Taoyuan City Principals and Teachers Professional Development Center" (Ximen Elementary School, Taoyuan City) by September 15, 110 (postmark date as proof). |
| (2) The "Taoyuan City Principals and Teachers Professional Development Center" will review the applications based on the items in the application form and announce the list of subsidized teaching support teachers on the website (http://lcg.rhps.tyc.edu.tw/) by October 8, 110. |
