| Subject: | To inform you of the "110th Academic Year School Application for Central Curriculum and Teaching Guidance Consulting Teacher Team Project Teacher (hereinafter referred to as Project Teacher) On-site Consulting and Guidance Explanation" (1 document), as detailed in the explanation, please be informed. |
| Explanation: |
| I. | In accordance with the Ministry of Education's Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (hereinafter referred to as the Department) letter dated August 25, 110, No. 110106596. |
| II. | To promote the competency-oriented curriculum and teaching of the new curriculum guidelines, and to cultivate students with core competencies, the Department has planned the "110th Academic Year Central Curriculum and Teaching Guidance Consulting Teacher Team Project Teacher Pilot Program." Schools can apply for the central guidance team's project teachers to provide on-site guidance during the 110th academic year. A brief explanation is as follows: |
| (1) | Schools that receive visits can log in to the Department's "Application Platform for Central Guidance Team Project Teachers for On-site Consulting and Guidance" to register the invited themes, times, and locations. Each school can apply for up to 3 times per semester, with a maximum of 2 days per visit. If it is a joint cross-regional event, it will be counted towards the organizing school's application quota. |
| (2) | If multiple schools apply for the same time slot, priority will be given to joint cross-regional schools. The Department may assign project teachers for on-site guidance based on the school's regionality and needs. |
| (3) | Applying schools do not need to provide hourly wages or travel expenses. Schools whose applications are approved should proactively contact the project teachers to discuss the details of the curriculum arrangements. If a school has transportation difficulties, please provide assistance with transportation, meals, and accommodation for the project teachers when they visit. |
| (4) | The application deadline is 10 days before the on-site guidance. If the invitation is canceled after the review and approval, the school shall bear the costs incurred by the project teacher, such as airfare (or train tickets) and accommodation, due to the cancellation. |
| (5) | Schools that apply must complete the feedback form within 7 days after the guidance activities conclude. If the form is not completed, the project may refuse subsequent applications. |
| III. | The service period for project teachers in the first semester is from September 1, 110, to January 20, 111. The "Application Platform for Central Guidance Team Project Teachers for On-site Consulting and Guidance" (http://ctcs.cloud.ncnu.edu.tw/pages/login.aspx) will be open for school applications from now until 24:00 on January 10, 111. Schools interested in applying should directly fill out the simple application form on the platform and proceed according to the matters explained in the subject. |
