| Subject: | To inform you that the Taichung Parent Association Alliance is organizing the "1st National Public and Private Elementary School Children's True Feelings Letter Writing Competition" and the "1st National Public and Private High School and Junior High School Youth "Wanjin" Letter Writing Competition." Please encourage students to participate actively. Please acknowledge receipt. |

| I. | This is a continuation of our bureau's letter dated July 13, 110 (received). |
| II. | The deadline for submissions for the aforementioned writing competition was originally July 15, 110. Due to the severe COVID-19 pandemic, the alliance has extended the submission period. Details are as follows: |
| (1) | Due to the inconvenience of mailing submissions during the pandemic, the alliance has added a second submission period until October 15, 110. Please encourage students to submit their heartfelt letters as reflections on family education or life education. Schools can then assist in submitting entries collectively. |
| (2) | The organizer has added the "United We Stand Award" (for all students in a school, suitable for smaller schools) and a "Luckiest Participant Prize" lucky draw for submissions. |
