The Taipei City Government Civil Service Training Center (hereinafter referred to as the Training Center) will hold the 3rd session of the 110th "Change & Chance: Unexpected Opportunities in Times of Crisis" lecture on October 28, 110. All faculty members are welcome to attend.

1. In accordance with the Training Center's letter of September 23, 110, No.北市訓綜字第11030052482, and with one copy of the original letter (including attachments) attached.

2. To cultivate colleagues' digital literacy and thinking, strengthen the actionability of promoting digital technology solutions, and implement the policy concept of "Developing Smart Cities," the Training Center is organizing this course. Relevant information is as follows:
(1) This lecture will be broadcast live online. Participants who complete the entire session will receive 3 hours of lifelong learning credit for civil servants.
(2) Target Audience:
1. Colleagues from the Taipei City Government, central and local government agencies, whose work is related to information technology application, digital construction policy promotion, research and development, training planning, or who are interested in this topic.
2. Trainees from the Gyeonggi Provincial Institute of Human Resources Development, South Korea.
(3) Time: October 28, 110 (Thursday), 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM.

Registration Method: Please send the registration form via email (no cover letter required) to the contact person at the Training Center, Ms. Wan-Chun Cheng (email: pstc-0472@mail.taipei.gov.tw) by October 8, 110 (Friday). The contact person will directly send the course link, training time, and other relevant information to the participants via email.
