II. The second phase of "Non-School-Based Experimental Education at the Senior Secondary and Below Levels" for the 110th academic year in this city will be processed online. The application period is from October 17, 110 to October 31. Applicants are requested to follow the instructions in the attached application form and project proposal writing guidelines, and to complete the online application through the "Taoyuan City Non-School-Based Experimental Education Application and Review System" (https://tycnee.psees.tyc.edu.tw), after filling out the online application form, download and print the hard copy, have it personally signed by the applicant (who must be the legal representative), and then submit the original application form (excluding other documents) in person (or by registered mail) to the designated receiving schools within the deadline.
