| Explanation: |
| I. | In accordance with the city's 110th year plan to promote national defense education activities. |
| II. | To effectively promote national defense education in schools at all levels, integrate local characteristics of the Taoyuan Aerotropolis, establish concepts of aviation education and application through engaging activities, plan diversified teaching activities, build correct national defense awareness, and achieve the goals of national defense education. |
| III. | The aforementioned plan is scheduled to be held on November 27, 110 (Saturday) from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM at Yangming High School in our city. Participants are junior high school students from our city. Each school is requested to nominate 1 to 2 students. The quota is 50 people. Registration is open from now until November 15, 110 (Monday). Please complete the online registration form at https://reurl.cc/zWKQz6. Registration will close once the quota is filled. |
| IV. | The curriculum will include a quadcopter introduction, assembly, and flight experience conducted by instructors from a flight academy. Additionally, a special lecture on "The Application of Unmanned Vehicles in Military Technology" will be given by a lecturer from the College of Science and Technology, National Defense University. |
| V. | In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, participants must comply with the organizer's epidemic prevention measures and temperature checks upon entering the school. Masks must be worn at all times. Participants should have completed their first dose of vaccination at least 14 days prior. If not yet 14 days post-vaccination or unvaccinated, schools may pick up antigen rapid test kits from our bureau and conduct tests within 3 days before the event. If the event needs to be postponed or canceled due to the pandemic, our bureau will provide further notification. |
