| 1. | In accordance with the Bureau's official letter dated February 2, 110, No. 11000098391, proceed with the following. |
| 2. | The aforementioned plan is excerpted as follows (refer to the implementation plan for details): |
| (1) | Selection Content: |
| 1. | Documentary Group: |
| (1) | Using the theme of the "Three Beauties of the Heart Movement"—greeting, gratitude, and doing good deeds—select at least one item as the main content of the video, and record candid shots and interviews of participants during the activity. |
| (2) | The video content can be presented through a mixed editing of photos and videos. |
| (3) | Activities can include courses, outdoor education, class, or school-wide educational activities. |
| 2. | Creative Group: |
| (1) | Using the theme of the "Three Beauties of the Heart Movement"—greeting, gratitude, and doing good deeds—select at least one item as the main content of the video, and shoot original videos. |
| (2) | The video content can be presented in diverse ways such as short plays, advertisements, crosstalk, song MVs, etc. |
| (2) | Submission Guidelines: |
| 1. | The video length (including opening and closing credits) should be between 2 minutes and 30 seconds to 3 minutes and 30 seconds. |
| 2. | The video format should primarily be a file format supported for uploading to YouTube (e.g., .MOV, .MPEG4, .MP4, .AVI, .WMV, etc.). |
| 3. | Each submitted work can have a maximum of 3 main authors. You must fill out the "Application Form for the Three Beauties of the Heart Exemplary Selection Activity," the "Copyright Non-Exclusive License Agreement," and the "Contestant Work Authorization Statement" (as attached in Appendices 1, 2, and 3 of the implementation plan). Please mail (or deliver) these along with the video CD to the Student Affairs Office of Huilong Junior High School (No. 168, Section 1, Wanshou Road, Guishan District, Taoyuan City 333), Tel: (02) 8209-6088 ext. 313, 310. |
| (3) | Submission Deadline: From now until January 14, 111 (Friday) (postmark date applies). |
| (4) | Awards and Recognition: |
| 1. | For authors who are faculty and staff of senior high schools and below in Taoyuan City, or personnel of the Bureau of Education and its affiliated agencies, 0.1 points for research and publications will be awarded according to the "Review Guidelines for Research and Publication Points for Educational Personnel in Taoyuan City Senior High Schools and Below" (for works with multiple authors, the points will be divided equally among the authors). |
| 2. | Awards for "Special Excellence" and "Excellence" works are as follows: |
| (1) | For authors who are faculty and staff of Taoyuan City public schools and kindergartens, one commendation will be awarded according to the "Regulations for Performance Evaluation of Principals in Public Senior High Schools and Below," the "Regulations for Performance Evaluation of Teachers in Public Senior High Schools and Below," and the "Guidelines for Awards and Punishments for Faculty and Staff of Taoyuan City Public Schools and Kindergartens." |
| (2) | For authors who are students or not faculty and staff of Taoyuan City public schools and kindergartens, one certificate of award will be issued by the Bureau. |
| (3) | The Bureau will issue a gift certificate of NT$5,000 for each "Special Excellence" work and NT$3,000 for each "Excellence" work. |
| 3. | For "Meritorious Mention" works, one certificate of award will be issued by the Bureau to each author. |
