The Taoyuan City Government will hold the "111th Year Examination Proctor Training". Please have full-time faculty and staff who are interested in participating register with the Human Resources Office before January 4, 110.

Description:
1. In accordance with the Examination Yuan's letter No. 1100005324 dated December 27, 110.

2. To train examination proctors for national examinations in the various agencies and schools under the city government, the relevant matters are as follows:
(1) Eligibility: In accordance with Article 3 of the "Regulations for the Selection and Appointment of National Examination Proctor Personnel" by the Examination Yuan, participants must be currently appointed civil servants at or above the rank of associate or equivalent, or qualified teachers at or above the elementary school level, aged between 20 and 65, in good health to perform proctoring duties, and willing to participate in national examination proctoring in the future. Priority will be given to those with prior proctoring experience who have not yet obtained a national examination proctor identification card.
(2) Training Schedule:
1. First Session: January 13, 111 (Thursday), 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
2. Second Session: January 13, 111 (Thursday), 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
(3) Training Location: Civil Service Human Resources Training Center, 13th Floor, Taoyuan City Government.
(4) Lecturer: Commissioner Weng Wen-bin, Examination Yuan.
(5) Capacity: 70 participants per session, for a total of 140 participants (first-come, first-served; no on-site registration accepted).
(6) Registration Period: From now until January 5, 111 (Wednesday) at 5:00 PM.
(7) Notes: The training session will last for 180 minutes. The course content is detailed in the training agenda.

3. Participants will be granted official (duty) leave. Please ensure that participants submit one 1-inch passport-style photo (with name and seat number written on the back) on the day of the training for the creation of proctor identification cards.

4. Successful completion of this training allows participants to obtain a national examination proctor identification card, but does not automatically qualify them as proctors for the 111th Taoyuan examination. The Taoyuan City Government will separately send official letters to each agency and school to recommend proctors before each examination.

5. In response to COVID-19 prevention and to implement the epidemic prevention measures of the Central Epidemic Command Center, all participants are requested to practice personal hygiene and protective measures (frequent handwashing, bringing personal protective equipment, etc.), maintain social distancing, and wear masks at all times during the training. If you have recently returned from abroad, please comply with the quarantine regulations. If you have a fever (ear temperature 38°C, forehead temperature 37.5°C), respiratory symptoms (cough, sore throat, sneezing, or shortness of breath), loss of smell or taste, or unexplained diarrhea, please seek medical attention immediately and rest at home, and do not attend the training. If you have a common cold but no fever or respiratory symptoms (cough, sore throat, sneezing, or shortness of breath), please take medication as prescribed by your doctor and practice personal protective measures to protect your health and that of other participants.
