I. In accordance with the Ministry of Education, Department of Secondary and Preschool Education's letter dated January 3, 111 (2022), No. 1100173334.
II. The Spring Festival quarantine program includes Plan A (14+0+7), Plan B (10+4+7), and Plan C (7+7+7). For the first three plans, in addition to maintaining PCR testing upon arrival (D0) and the day before the quarantine period ends (D13-D14), testing will also be conducted on the third day of quarantine (D3), the seventh day (D7, or D6 for Plan C), and the tenth day (D10). Additionally, one free home rapid test kit will be provided during the self-health management period on days 6-7 (D20-21). After the adjustments to the three plans, arrivals will be required to undergo a total of 6 tests, as detailed below:
(1) Plan A (14+0+7):
1. D0: PCR.
2. D3, D7, D10: Home rapid test.
3. D14: PCR.
4. D20-21: Home rapid test.
(2) Plan B (10+4+7):
1. D0: PCR.
2. D3, D7: Home rapid test.
3. D10, D13-14: PCR.
4. D20-21: Home rapid test.
(3) Plan C (7+7+7):
1. D0, D6, D13-14: PCR.
2. D3, D10, D20-21: Home rapid test.
III. If school faculty, staff, or students have family members who choose Plan C for Spring Festival quarantine upon arrival, the family members living together during the 7-day quarantine period must cooperate with enhanced self-health management measures, and a notice will be issued by the local government. According to the Ministry of Education's "Guidelines for Responding to COVID-19 Epidemic Prevention and Control in Senior High Schools, Elementary Schools, and Kindergartens for the 110 Academic Year (2021-2022)", individuals with a COVID-19 infection risk (those issued with a home isolation notice, home quarantine, or enhanced self-health management notice by the health authority or quarantine personnel) are not allowed to enter school campuses. For students, your school can handle this through epidemic prevention leave. For school teachers, please follow the "Explanation for Public School Teachers' Leave During the COVID-19 Epidemic Period" announced by the Ministry of Education's Department of Personnel. For other personnel, please follow the relevant regulations of the Directorate-General of Personnel Administration and the Ministry of Labor for employee attendance management to ensure the health of teachers and students on campus.
